Mr. Farrell Began his career with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Homicide Investigation Unit, where he was involved in numerous homicide and drug crime investigations and prosecutions. He also worked with the Labor Racketeering Unit and the New York State Inspector General’s Office investigating corruption in the New York State construction industry.
Since joining Traub Lieberman in 2003, Mr. Farrell has defended, owners, contractors, architects and engineers in a variety of matters, including New York State Labor Law and construction related suits. Mr. Farrell has extensive experience in defending various toxic torts, including alleged exposures to mold, lead paint, carbon monoxide, methane, creosote and other toxins. Mr. Farrell has also successfully defended environmental contamination, property damage and insurance coverage matters. |
