Mark Froehlich possesses a comprehensive
knowledge of and background in environmental law and science.
He earned a Certificate in Environmental Law from University
of Pace Law School, served on the Pace Environmental Law Review,
and volunteered at Pace’s Land Use Law Center. During
law school, he also worked as an intern to the Hon. Lisa Margaret
Smith, United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York. As an undergrad, he attended Richard Stockton
College of New Jersey, where he studied environmental science
and earned a Certificate in Environmental Crime.
Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Mr. Froehlich defended
corporate insureds in various litigation matters and defended
insurers in declaratory judgment actions. At Traub Lieberman, Mr. Froehlich
specializes in environmental law, products liability and national
coverage disputes involving environmental remediation, mass
toxic torts and professional liability. |
